Dr. Jay is the Founder and Chairman of GT Titan. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with several successful ventures. He always envisioned to strike a balance between development and prevention of environmental degradation. He had a vision to develop green energy parks which fuel the ever-expanding Industry and Technology world at the same time does little to no harm to the environment.
Sushim Shah, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with over 35 years of experience in Corporate and Project Finance across sectors like Power, Energy, Chemicals, and Real Estate. With a foundation in Chemical Engineering from IIT and advanced degrees from the University of Louisville and Indiana University, he transitioned from engineering to finance, managing over $2.5 billion in transactions at Mizuho Bank and advancing renewable energy initiatives at Wells Fargo. Currently, as CEO and CFO of GT Titan, he leads finance and strategy for GT Titan, leveraging his expertise in power projects, energy infrastructure, and corporate finance.
Gonzalo Machiavello, MBA, is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in renewable and conventional energy development, including geothermal, hydro, solar, and wind projects. His leadership spans global markets, having managed multi-country teams and spearheaded operations that delivered 9.4 GW of energy, including 1.5 GW in geothermal. Currently overseeing international operations for GT Titan, he has influenced geothermal regulatory policy, led projects like Cerro Pabellon and Salton Sea, and advanced Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS). Gonzalo’s expertise includes building billion-dollar business units and integrating energy assets across diverse markets.
